What is Opportunity Passport™? It is a free financial literacy and asset match savings program designed for youth and young adults, age 14 to 26, who have experienced foster care. With Opportunity Passport™ you get dollar-for-dollar match on the money you save to purchase an approved asset.
This program is open to those youth or young adult who currently in, or experienced, foster care.
